We will explore ways in which science can guide understanding of one’s self and our own impact on the world. From wearable tech to meditation, we will first utilize scientific methods for reflection, introspection, and ultimately self-discovery. We will then consider how science can help guide decisions about careers, charitable giving, and everyday life choices in order to maximize our positive impact on the world.
