Join us for this four-part series on scientifically-supported approaches to managing stress and prospering during times of adversity.
REMAINING SESSIONS
March 28 — “Diffusing Mind Traps:” Participants will be led through an examination of common cognitive patterns that inhibit resilience and will be taught helpful strategies for overcoming those patterns.
April 4 — "Mindfulness 101:" The series concludes by looking at some of the beneficial effects of mindfulness including mental clarity, composure, and well-being. Attendees will also participate in mindfulness exercises as a group.

The first session in the series, entitled “Developing a Growth Mindset” introduced participants to the concept of growth mindset and its impact on well-being and performance.
