A free all-day silent retreat for current and past students of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program.

Free Parking is available onsite  
 
Please pack your own lunch and beverages, wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes for outdoor walking meditation. As a courtesy to those with allergies, please wear clothing free of cat/dog hair and avoid strong perfumes/deodorants.  Please plan to arrive a little early so that we can begin on time. Thank you!
 
Directions:  29 north just past the Fashion Squar Mall, turn right onto Rio Road until you reach the Charlottesville/Albemarle Technical Education Center, at the light turn left to stay on Rio Road, go approximately 1Ž2 mile to Waldorf Road on right at the light.
