Eboni Bugg has been a teacher, social worker, counselor, and advocate for over twenty years in the Charlottesville community, helping to improve the lives of its citizens. A Registered Yoga Teacher, Eboni is passionate about the healing benefits of mindful movement, breathing, and meditation.
Eboni is currently Senior Manager for Diversity, Inclusion & Global Outreach at the Mind & Life Institute, an organization dedicated to furthering the field of contemplative research to alleviate human suffering.
